Container space and machine hours cost real money, and both get wasted the same way: plans that don’t fit what’s actually on the floor. Our software starts from your real constraints — carton sizes, weight limits, cargo that must stay upright, how much clearance molds need on a shared arm — and every deployment is fitted to a client’s own rules. That’s been the job since 1998: fit more into every container, keep every machine day full.
Container Loading
Load cartons and pallets into shipping containers. Three SmartPacker editions for different cargo.
Single SKU Loading

Mixed Carton Loading
Multiple carton types in one container, with all six box orientations and an interactive quantity panel.
| Edition | Cargo | Orientations | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| T1 | One carton size (single SKU) | All | Maximum count, or smallest space for a fixed count; free browser tool |
| T3 | Multiple carton sizes | All six | Mixed cartons loaded directly, free to rotate |
| U3 | Palletized / upright-only | Upright | Pallet loads that must stay upright; automated plus manual |
Rotomolding
Plan mold layouts and production schedules for rotational molding machines.
Rotomolding Mold Layout
Plan mold combinations on rotational molding machine spiders with straight-arm and offset-arm geometry.
Rotomolding Scheduling
Order-to-machine production scheduling built on the RotoSpider engine. In development; preview available.
How to choose
Use T1 when
All cartons share the same length, width, and height, and you need either the maximum count that fits or the smallest space for a fixed count.
Use T3 when
Several carton sizes are free to rotate and load directly into the container, with no upright-only rule.
Use U3 when
Cargo is palletized or must stay upright, and you need both automated planning and manual adjustment before shipping.
Use RotoSpider when
You are planning mold layouts for rotational molding machine spiders rather than loading cartons or pallets into a container.
