T1 Single SKU
SmartPacker T1 plans how one type of carton fits into a single loading space: the full or remaining interior of a container, the area above a pallet, or a larger box that holds smaller cartons. Enter the length, width, and height of the loading space and the carton; T1 calculates a plan for the maximum quantity and shows it in a 3D viewer.

T3 Multi-SKU, Rotation Allowed
SmartPacker T3 is the standard edition for a known container space and a mixed cargo list: it works out which cargo-quantity combination can be loaded and shows how the resulting plan fits together. Unlike U3, T3 can rotate cargo through any of six orientations when the shipment allows it.

Green light, red light

Green means this cargo can still be increased, red means no feasible way was found to add one more. Follow the greens until they all turn red, and read the fill rate in the summary.
Let a carton stand on its side

Some cartons must stay upright, and the plan is reworked around them; untick the rule for one that can safely lie on its side and the room comes back. T3 explores all six orientations wherever you allow it.
Press the air out

Shave twenty millimetres off a soft carton and its light turns green again; then lock the sizes with Cargo Editable off so a stray mouse wheel cannot change them.
Reading the plan in 3D

Set the viewing angle, step through the load stack by stack to reveal the rows hidden behind the front, then hide the panel to give the picture the whole screen.
U3 Multi-SKU, Upright
SmartPacker U3 builds container loading plans for cartons and palletized unit loads. It computes a plan from cargo and container dimensions, then lets you edit it interactively when the actual loading job needs adjustment. Use U3 when the shipment contains multiple cargo types and the units must stay upright.

Quantities and the traffic lights

Roll the pallet counts in and the plan follows; green means a pallet can still be added, red means it cannot; the summary keeps the fill rate, the weight and the weight fill.
When weight stops you before space does

Heavy pallets hit the weight limit while the box still has room; read the weight fill, change the container type, and set the weight limit your port allows.
