SmartPacker Single Carton is for loading a single type of cartons into a container space. The space can be the total or the remaining inner space of a container, a loading space above a pallet, or a big box to pack small boxes.

You input the length, width and height of the space and the carton, the app calculates a plan to load the maximum quantity.

The loading plan is made of groups as listed. You can click the checkbox to show or hide each group.

Find the front face of each carton by the green triangle, and the side face by the white triangle to identify the orientation. Use mouse drag to rotate the illustration for 360-degree observation, and zoom in and out by mouse scrolling.

The number input boxes accept mouse scrolling to increase/decrease values, to answer your "what if" questions.

In the demo below, see how reducing space height causes carton quantity to go down and the loading pattern to be adapted.

Or you can increase/decrease carton size to check the allowance/tolerance of carton deformation, or to find a fitting size for package design.

You may specify the carton quantity, e.g. in a LCL situation, then choose to load for minimum height, width, or length.

Vary the carton quantity to observe how the loading pattern evolves, to find a choice you like.
